Making the Shrub: Inspired by the success of our original plum shrub, we wanted to create something equally refined but with a new twist. Using our own plums and sustainably sourced vanilla beans, we’ve crafted a shrub that celebrates indulgent simplicity and the natural richness of local ingredients.
It was an inspired decision to pair the dark, juicy notes of plum with the mellow warmth of vanilla, resulting in a truly versatile syrup that delights the senses.
