Cocktail Recipe for Infused Vinegar

Summer Spritz 

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Soda Water
  • 1 part Rosé or Sparkling Wine
  • 1 shot (30ml) Watermelon Liqueur
  • 1 capful Budburst Golden Apricot Vinegar (used as a shrub)
  • Ice, to serve

Method:

  1. Fill a wine or highball glass with ice.
  2. Add soda water and rosé (or sparkling wine) in equal parts.
  3. Pour in the watermelon liqueur and gently stir to combine.
  4. Finish with a capful of Budburst Golden Apricot Vinegar for a tangy, fruity lift.
  5. Garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon or a twist of orange peel, if desired.

Serving Suggestion:

A light, sparkling summer refresher with a bright balance of sweetness and acidity — perfect for picnics, garden parties, or lazy afternoons in the sun.
