Heating instructions

Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the size of the pack. DO NOT EXCEED 3 MINUTES. Do not overheat.

Cooling instructions

Place the pack in a resealable bag and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Care instructions

Spot clean only. Do not put in the washing machine.
