- Flavour Profile: A sophisticated blend of fragrant rose petals, sweet apricots, and the floral essence of rose geranium.
- Characteristics: The infusion of rose petals and rose geranium adds a floral complexity to the sweet and juicy notes of apricot, creating an elegant and aromatic flavour profile.
- Making the Shrub: Our Rose pedal shrub is probably our most unique and complex flavoured shrub. With the onset of spring our damask roses are the most fragrant roses in the world, largely used in the perfume trade. We then handpick each rose which is then submerged in the apricot infused vinegar for two months, then add our rose geranium when we bottle.
- Suggested Uses:-
- Cocktails: Elevate cocktails with a Rose Petal Apricot Martini, add to gin or sparkling wine.
- Mocktails: Create refreshing non-alcoholic beverages like a Rose Apricot Sparkler or add to lemonade or soda.

Culinary: Use as a drizzle for desserts, enhance fruit salads, or add a unique twist to marinades for poultry.

The Rose Garden
Ingredients:
- 45ml 23rd Street Rose Vodka
- 45ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Rose Petal, Apricot & Rose Geranium Shrub Syrup
- 30ml Egg White (or Chickpea Aquafaba as a vegan alternative)
- Dried Rose Petals & Strawberry Powder, to garnish
Method:
- Add all ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Allow the foam to settle, then lightly dust with strawberry powder and a sprinkle of dried rose petals.
Serving Suggestion:
Elegant, aromatic, and beautifully balanced — The Rose Garden blooms with floral and citrus notes, softened by a silky, luxurious texture. A showpiece cocktail for refined occasions.
