Making the Shrub: Once again this herbaceous shrub comes from the aftermath of drought. When deciding on what to plant once the rain had come, two options stood out, one was lavender, and the other was rosemary. Both love hot dry conditions and are easy to propagate. Rosemary just seams to combine with the black plum infused vinegar.
