Granite Belt red wine vinegar infused with our hand-picked, tree-ripened Black Amber Plums. Packs vibrant flavours that pair well with seafood, cuts through rich soups and makes excellent pickles and marinades. Use to macerate dark fruit for cocktails or baking.
